Standard Qualifications:
  1. Prices quoted are F.O.B. Urban Waterfalls, crated for shipment.
  2. Quotation excludes freight charges.
  3. Payment Terms: 50% deposit required at time of order. Balance due prior to shipment.
  4. Submittal/approval drawings are included in quoted price. Please allow 1 week lead time.
  5. Please allow "minimum" six weeks fabrication lead time after approval of drawings.
  6. Lead time contingent on factory load at time of release, product complexity, and material availability.
Owner/Customer to provide the following:
  1. Manpower and equipment necessary to receive and unload crated product from carriers' truck.
  2. Careful inspecition of product at time of delivery, promptly noting and reporting any visible damages.
  3. Safe and secure storage of product prior to installation.
  4. Manpower and equipment necessary to safely deliver/transport crated product to final installation site.
  5. Manpower and equipment necessary to assist Urban Waterfall's installation supervisor at time of installation.
  6. 1/4" diameter water supply line. (Only required with automatic fill systems).
  7. Standard commercial floor sink beneath water wall and 1 1/2" diameter hard piped drain line. (Required with automatic fill systems).
  8. (2) 115V waterproof gfi duplex outlets.
  9. Level concrete pad/footing and structural supports.
  10. Plumber at time of installation to make final connections. (When required).
Owner/Customer to provide the following:
  1. Sales/use taxes, licenses, fees, and approval/certification by licensed structural engineer.
  2. Engineering certifications necessary to meet local building and/or seismic design codes.
  3. All on-site plumbing and/or electrical materials and labor.
  4. Final plumbing and electrical connections.
  5. Decorative surrounds/fascias to conceal lower water storage basin, upper spill reservoir, vertical side posts/supports, water filtration systems, plumbing and electrical connections.
  6. System maintenance after time of installation.
